Former Montenegrin Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic has said that the event in Zvecan Banjska where Sergeant Africa Bulnjak was killed has caused Serbia great damage.
Abazovqi said he has not seen the logic of the terrorist act in Banjska and that according to him, Belgrade has political implications for that.
I think this has significantly damaged Serbia's position's credibility. The negotiations were highly tense and most of them stressed that the blame was on the other side”, Abazovic told Nova.rs.
Furthermore, Abazovic also spoke of warnings the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, had made to criminal groups in northern Kosovo.
“He was criticised by the international community for not co-operating. He has expressed his attitude all the time, that several criminal groups gather there, that some criminal activities are conducted, and that they have problems with people who launder money. He did not speak of specific names, but he said there was something and then this” situation happened.
After everything that happened, it's hard to say he was wrong. I'm not saying he was directly referring to those groups, but he continued to have those warnings”, said Abazovic, broadcast Klanoskova.tv.
Furthermore, he said Serbs and Albanians should strive for reconciliation, as according to him, everything else has proved, except reconciliation.
