The AAK's LDK wants closed session for the Association draft: Kurt must inform the whole assembly, not just the VV.

The Democratic League of Kosovo and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo have criticised the Kurti Government for failing to publish the draft Association of Serb-based municipalities while having little confidence in Albin Kurti as prime minister.

The AAK's LDK, they say lack of transparency, has conveyed the government from the start. As regards the international factor's demand that this draft be kept secret, the opposition has called for a closed session.

LDK MP Rzazarta Krasniqi said Prime Minister Albin Kurti should inform the entire Assembly, and not only his party.

The “is of concern to us as opposition not to submit the draft Association, because from the start this process has not had any transparency. The same man in the opposition has demanded that before and after each meeting, any documents that come to be presented in the Assembly.

That day, even after the invitation we made as a party, we had no access to that document. Everyone should know where we're going. Prime Minister Kurti must first know that he is not the party's only prime minister, but is prime minister of all Kosovo citizens, and all should be informed, and especially in as deputies”, Krasniqi said.

Although Kurti has indicated that the international factor has asked for privacy on this issue, Krasniqi says the hearings can also be kept closed and informed as MPs.

I know that he said he asked for international arenas that were confidential to document, but we can keep hearings and closed, but even the prime minister can call the party chairman to meet the draft. Kurt can't market because you know what protests and how many people have been killed, the Parliament was hunted at the time he was in opposition, the work of Zajednica, which is now the Association”, she said.

The criticism over the failure to publish this draft has also voiced AAK MP Time Kadriaj, who said the executive in relation to the Parliament has been closed.

From the beginning we have said that in relation to dialogue the government has been hermetic in fact, it has been non-transparent and non-calculative to the institution that needs to be accountable, and the institution that needs to be called into account is the Assembly of Kosovo”.

“I am also part of the Commission for Foreign Affairs and the Commission for Integration probably had to come to the Foreign Political Commission, at least for MPs who are members of that” commission, she said.

Speaking of the draft Association, Kadriaj says its good is filtration by the Constitutional Court, as he says he does not trust Kurt so much.

You saw that we had a parliamentary debate where Kurti was supposed to report, but he didn't actually report saying anything. He's been trying to fight all of his failures in relation to dialogue, but the promises he's given that he won't dialogue and that he won't accept association by hiding behind what he didn't sign”.
