Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has declared that Belgrade has said and continues to say it is willing to meet things “that do not imply de facto or de jure recognition of Kosovo and Kosovo membership in international organisations, such as UN”.
“We are ready, but someone has to form Association and they don't want it, so the whole story is like a vicious circle, Albanians are inventing tricks that some in the West do as if they don't see them. The problem is that all of this is at the expense of our people in Kosovo”, Vuciq said, Kosovo Online reports.
On the other hand, Vuciq stressed that he has not requested any motivating letter, but, he says, has written a sentence that says Belgrade is willing to fulfil its obligations in accordance with the agreement, but that means Belgrade cannot accept Kosovo's independence.
