Today it will be tested for the sixth time the constitutional Constitution of the Parliamentary Investigative Commission on procedures for supply and management with state reserves, possible abuses and abuses of state reserves through the qualifications of the procedure as a state secret for such supplies.
The meeting is before beginning at 9:30.
Five times in a row, it has failed to be introduced to the Parliamentary Investigative Commission concerning procedures for supply and management with state reserves, possible abuses of state reserves through the qualifications of the procedure as a state secret for such supplies
Once again the failure of constitutional collection is lack of participation of status deputies
The chairman of this commission, at the same time MP from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Rashit Qalaj, said it is disturbing that this commission is not being constitutionalised.
The LVV's ruling party's deputies are still missing without reason today. While MP Doarsa Kica-Jeli is missing for family reasons. It is disturbing that this commission is not constitutionalising”, Qalaj said.
According to him, the refusal of LVV deputies adds doubts and more to abuses in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade.
“These allegations are more than doubts because we have no support from the ruling party. Attempting to block the work of this commission keeps citizens from knowing where the state budget has been misused. Today is the fifth time that this Commission's binding attempt. Today, one week we have sent a letter to the legal office and we expect to get an interpretation of how it will take place further”, Qalaj added.
Meanwhile, Eugen Cakoli from the Kosovo Democratic Institute on Tuesday has mentioned the names of deputies who are hampering the formation of this commission.
He has asked why the same ones are hindering this process despite that 69 MPs have voted for the formation of this commission, including the ruling party. Advertisement
“Armend Muja, Driton Hyseni, Albanian Meta-Isufi, Halil Thaci, Salih Zyba and Srdjan Galushi, are MPs who are obstructing parliamentary investigation of the case of the state “reservat”, despite the 69 deputies' vote unjustly including the ruling party”, wrote on Facebook
