Stano: Tomorrow there is no scheduled summit between Kosovo, Serbia

European Union spokesman Peter Stano said the European Union expects Kosovo and Serbia to resume immediately and unconditionally in dialogue, start operating and return immediately and unconditionally to meeting the obligations that come out of the dialogue. He has announced that there is no meeting [...] in Brussels tomorrow.
He has announced that there is no planned high-level meeting between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels tomorrow, but separate meetings between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, with the European leaders, the same Vucinqi as the leaders.
He confirmed that dialogue will be discussed at tomorrow's European Council summit, as is done in all previous summits, because Stano dialogue is a very important issue for the EU.
Belgrade and Pristina's “Liders Kurti and Vuciq have been invited to Brussels for separate talks with European leaders. I will not go into logistical details now, we will publish later, but the idea is that these meetings will be held in the margins of the European Council summit in support of the return to dialogue, because this is the main message of the European Union”, Stano said.
The government of Kosovo during the day has confirmed that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has responded positively to the 5 emisaries' request for a meeting with leaders of Germany, France, Italy and European Commission President, in the margin of the European Council summit, during the next day.
In response to the Government of Kosovo, it becomes known that the meeting will be in the sense of discussions launched with 5 emissaries during their visit to Pristina on October 21st, in which they proposed a new plan involving a fuller package of comprehensive implementation of the Basic Agreement jointly with a draft proposed to implement Article 7.
Prime Minister Kurti has agreed that this new plan will be the framework for continuing further discussions with allied states, the US, Germany, France and Italy.
On Thursday in Brussels, Kurti and Vuciq are expected to hold separate meetings with France's president, Emmanuel Macron, Italy's prime minister, Giorgia Melon, Germany's Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, and European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell.
