In a post at “story” in Instagram, Osmani has posted several photos, among which Kosovo Ambassador Martin Berisha is also seen, allegedly involved in a financial scandal in Slovenia.
This photo was taken during the split post mortem, the Presidential Medals of Albanologist Merites and Croatian historian Milan Shuflaj, Vincenc Djind, composer, professor and prominent figure of Albanian music, and Shime Dupal, Albanian musicologist and writer of Zara's Arbneshit.
