The judge, Shacirir Mazreku, has made a decision that the hearing of Minister Hajdari will be kept closed. All of this in the wake of the accused party's request that the hearing be closed due to the sensitivity of the case.
Initially, Hajdari's lawyer, Blerim Shaqiri, demanded that the hearing be kept closed, due to the case of the minor accident.
“Requesting from the Court that this hearing be held closed because the hearing is about the juvenile accident, due to juvenile protection in this case, I request the Court to take action and hearings to be kept closed”, the lawyer demanded
While the injured party's lawyer, Florim Shefqeti, objected to this, as he asked the judge to take the decision from the portals to remove the accident video.
“We consider that this substance had dragged on nine months for the release of super-expertitis, the demand for closure of the session is not based, and we demand that when managed as audioincation evidence because only in that part it is visible to minors, and we also ask the court to issue a decision that in relation to the law on protecting children under 5 and the law on protecting personal data is to make a decision on preventing the video and forcing the withdrawal from the portals and the physical persons that have made publication without authorization and therefore, as a result, the lawyer of the party, said.
At the last session, held on 8 December 2022, the super-expert of road communication was appointed by the court of the case, Valbona Gjonbalaj.
At the October 12th, 2022 session, Minister Hajdari had said he did not feel guilty about the accident in which a child was hit. She had declared that she was on the speed within the communications rules and that suddenly the girl was hit by the car after the same was running.
Otherwise, the request to defendant Hajdari for the initiative of the counter-invention procedure was made by the Kosovo police station, the Kosovo Police Regional Road Communications Unit, for the accident that took place on 10 April 2022, about 12:25 on the “Vicianum”, in Pristina's “Arberia” neighbourhood.
At the same request, Hajdari was tasked with “Speed non-recognition” and “Accur communication with body injury”.
