The Albanian-American community will protest before the UN headquarters in New York tomorrow 23 October, against the terrorisation and fighting actions of Serbia.
That's how it was made known in a news release by the Albanian-American community.
On Monday, October 23, 2023, the Albanian-American community will protest before the UN headquarters in Doug Hammarskyöld Square in New York to condemn Serbia's continued acts of terrorism and warmongering. Albanians-Americans call on the United States and the international community to use all necessary means to force Serbia to stop and refrain from actions and policies that are undermining the stability of Kosovo and the Balkans”, the report said.
It further becomes known that recently on May 29th, Serbia orchestrated violent protests in northern Kosovo that resulted in unprotested attacks on the NATO peacekeeping force, KFOR.
On September 24th, 2023 terrorists and paramilitary units from Serbia undertook a terrorist attack in Kosovo. The Albanian-American community requires Serbia and its leaders to be held accountable, as well as all involved in acts of aggression and terrorism, to be brought to justice”, it is said further in the statement.
The Albanian-American community stresses that the Balkan “region is a powder power”.
If it doesn't intervene, a new war in the heart of Europe could be launched, and it would be an additional struggle the international community will have to face in the report.
