According to him, he wants extensions of dialogue, but that citizens in the north want comfort.
“Time does not wait, it is important for us to lower blood. It is very important to avoid risks and Serbia realise that Kosovo is an independent state and has its integrity, which has partners helping it to protect this integrity from falling or slipping into what it wants to see in the new conflicts, and that the Kosovo border line that merely marks its territory is incompatible. Citizens of the northern part want peace and quiet” he said at Euronews Albania.
On September 24th, a member of the Kosovo Police was killed when armed persons -- about 30 Sosh -- attacked police units in the village of Banjsk é, the Serb-run residential area in the north.
In the subsequent clashes between the armed group and the rule forces, three terrorists were killed and six persons allegedly linked to them were arrested, some of whom were previously released.
Kosovo police after taking control of the monastery in the village of Banjska found a large quantity of arms and military vehicles among them, including vehicles with KFOR inscriptions.
The attack was described as a terrorist act and aggression against the state of Kosovo and was also condemned by Western diplomats.
