Sali Berisha doesn't go to session, but takes his lawyer

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha's lawyer arrived in court to attend the session to his client.

But Berisha himself will not go to trial. He continues to stay at the blue headquarters, where he is holding a conference with reporters.

Before reporters, Berisha said the reason for the lack of hearing is the Constitution.

“To remove the judge's unconstitutional move must prove whether I'm going or not. But establishing the constitutional measure without getting permission from parliament is desecration of constitutional law”. /topchannel
