Sali Berisha refused request for exception of Judge Gjota

The request of former Prime Minister Sali Besisha, who sought the expulsion of Judge Irena Gjona from his exemption, has been dropped.

Sources suggest it was Judge Flora Hajredin, who has dropped former Prime Minister Berisha's request for the expulsion of Judge Gjona.

We remember that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha's side has deposited today in the GKKO request for the expulsion of Judge Irena Gjona from the trial of criminal request submitted by the Special Prosecutor, with the object of questioning the former head of government.

Berisha has earlier stated that Judge Irena Gjona, who has handed the verdict for “the definition of freedom” for him, committed violation of the constitution and that the indictment will be filed against him.
