He says this decision is against public interest and is linked to the protection of life and health of thousands of citizens of the neighborhood “mati”, “Calabria” and “New Pristina”, which for years are suffering from the smell due to a lack of cholera.
For this, Rama has accused Judge Vlora Pacolli, sister of Vetevendosje MP Victory Pacolli, of having made the decision based “fully on political interests and interest groups, which at any cost are trying to block the transformation of Pristina”.

Today's decision, based entirely on political interests and interest groups, which at all costs are trying to block Pristina's transformation, is taken by, nothing less than VV deputy Victory Pacolli, Judge Vlora Pacolli.
Although I am not inclined to comment on the decisions of the judiciary, in a concrete case, there is no logic to set temporary measures contrary to public interest and to a project that connects with the life and health protection of thousands of citizens of the neighborhood “Matti”, “Calabria” and the “Re”, which for years have been suffering from the denial due to the cholera shortage.
Therefore, I hope that the Chambers of the Second Century of the Commercial Court will not allow the violation of public interest for narrow interests and political resentment. We request from the Public Procureing Organization as a direct side in this procedure to complain about this decision that violates public interest.
While, from the Kosovo Judiciary Council, within its competencies, to ensure that this process is fair, professional, impartial, and based solely on law.
