The raid on the former AKI chief's house, his uncle: We've done no work, the charges are false

Hemem Smakqi, uncle of former AKI chief Bashkim Smaka, said police have not allowed him to enter his nephew's home, with the reason he must finish his Special book.

Commenting on the raids, he said they are unaware of why this action is taking place. According to him, the charges against those being tried at The Hague are false.

We don't know anything about the raids, we heard from the media. We didn't expect this raid. We wanted to go see what's going on for days, the reasons why, he said, could get in until the police get out of here.

“... We didn't do any work. These raids are not good, these are false charges against false witnesses. Everyone talks about something, they take it as something, but there's nothing”

Since morning Smaka's house is being raided by the Special Court, while the phone has been confiscated from Blerim Shala. /EO/
