Former Serbian List Vice-President Milan Radojic, who has claimed responsibility for the armed attack on Kosovo police in the village of Banjska, has given up the company's ownership in Serbia, the Agency for Business Registers of Serbia told them on the website.
As reported in the report, Radoiciqi has transferred 40 per cent of his shares to the Incop company, to his business partners, the Zvonko and Zarko Veselinovic, respectively.
Incop owns several sister companies that in the past have won tenders from Serbia's budget, but other assets in terms of real equipment and real estate.
Even prior to the attack on Kosovo police on February 24th, which Kosovo calls a terrorist attack, authorities in Kosovo have linked Milan Radojici's name to criminal activities. Zvonko Wesselinovic has also been linked to crimes in Kosovo.
The attack on Banjska from Serbia is not being treated as a terrorist act, and Milan Radoic has not been charged with the murder of Kosovo police, African Bulnjak, during his presentation before the Office of the High Prosecutor in Belgrade.
Among the crimes he allegedly committed are the cause of public danger and illegal possession of weapons.
Radoichiq and the Veselinovic brothers are under sanctions from the United States and the United Kingdom. But Serbia has said it has no international obligation to respect these punitive measures.
They came under US sanctions in December 2021 under suspicion of organised crime and corruption. / REL
