MP The PDK and former Kosovo Police Director in an interview in Frontal T7 has also been asked about the allegations and theories surrounding maybe Milan Radojic was allowed to leave Banjska on 24 September.
Qalaj has said that out of conversations she had with members of Kosovo Police Special Units who have been to Banjska she has not won such an impression, so Radojciq could have been allowed to leave.
Former Police Director has said he knows the members of the Spectral Units and points out they wouldn't have heard anyone even if they were told to let someone go, the more when they had a colleague killed.
“I remain reserved. I talked to Special Unit cops. And I got the impression that they ordered someone to let him go. That's why I want to be professional on this subject, since I have a history of police history. I never think the Special Unit that lost a brother in uniform that was just saying conditions would have allowed them to leave. At least I know them that way. In such situations, they decide how they act. They probably acted on an exit that wasn't observed by my former colleagues. They've been found, but they're trapped. We look close. But if the terrain is taken into account, I still don't believe in it, and I can't believe that someone took the liberty of opening a corridor. Knowing this special units, I'm supposed to believe this”, said Qalaj.
Qalaj has said that even if someone from Pristina had ordered that no one can issue such an order, members of the special unit would never carry out such an order.
Even if there's an order from Pristina, I don't think the Special Unit would have... Because that order is illegal. No one has the right to order someone to release criminals. I know that those guys who work in the first intervention unit, even in the special operating unit, I don't think they'd ever run it.
