President for the meeting with Borell: Serbia to be held responsible for Kosovo aggression

The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has announced the meeting he had in Granada, Spain, with EU High Representative Josep Borelli.

Osmani has said that with the EU's top diplomat, he has discussed Serbia's act of aggression against Kosovo.

The Kosovo president has said Serbia should be held responsible for the clear violation of Article 3 of the February 27th Agreement, the article from which commitment to be contained in threats or use of force is clearly made.
