Progress by the PDK has said changes to this law are intended to subdue and capture the independent council for civil servants.

So, he said he decided to object to the Constitutional.

“Today we have submitted the requirement for assessing the constitutionality of the Law for changing the current law for the Independent Council of the Kosovo Civil Service.

Almost at the beginning of this mandate, we have contested the dismissal of members of this Council in this court, and the Constitution has given us the right in some very important aspects of the functioning of this institution. The amendments to this law have only one purpose to subdue and seize the independent constitutional body, the independent council for civil servants”, he said.
