Palestinians say Israeli planes have dropped warning tracts for evacuation

Palestinian residents of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern region of Gaza's Belt said on Thursday that Israeli planes issued tracts warning them to evacuate their homes and head to the celebrated “ceptres”. “Whoever is near Hamas terrorists will put his life at risk”, the tract said. [...]
“Whoever is near Hamas terrorists will put his life at risk”, the tract said. “Respecting IDF guidelines will prevent you from exposing yourself to danger”, reports the Associated Press.
The area had already been hit hard when the tracts were dropped. The shelters at the Gaza Strip are not safe from air strikes. The UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees has seen 10 of its shelters hit since the start of the operation.
Palestinians living in the hit belt have said the army often did not announce before hitting houses, or informing them, but not long enough to evacuate before hitting their homes.
Israeli defence officials have said they try to give warning before the attacks.
