“Yes. It is a serious accusation or a serious act. It is an act aimed at annexing the northern part of Kosovo and would not stop there, but would destabilise the entire Western Balkan region. Actually, the laws I speak about are clear. The Serbian state has long openly financed the North Brigade and civil protection, especially in recent months. Their training was held at Serbian military facilities and bases, in the meadows of Pasuljanski, and at other military bases. There are recorded documentations and material for this. The Serbian military industry produced weapons we confiscated, belonging to the North Brigade and civil protection, as they formerly belonged to the Serbian Army itself. Therefore, the chain of evidence leads to the Serbian Army. Moreover, Vucic himself is linked to Milan Radociqi, who is the leader of that terrorist attack.
Asked about her comment, however, that EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell speaks of granting the largest autonomy to Serbs in Kosovo, Osmani says this was not agreed on in Brussels, and the European Union should not be silent about what happened on 24 September.
This did not agree in Brussels. What is the object of the Ohrid Agreement and Brussels is a certain right of the self-government of the Serbian people, and for some principles have agreed, primarily with our main partner, with the US, which dictates that Kosovo's constitution should be respected first of all, and the principles are such that Serbs can exercise that right.
