The court's announcement states: “The defendants have been assigned detention measures in line with Article 184 paragraph I under paragraph 1.1 and 1.2, points 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 of the KPPRK, due to the suspicion that they have carried out the Krim criminal work against the civilian population”.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
