Macron at a joint media conference together with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama in Tirana said they later expect the reshuffle of elections in the north, the return of Serbs to institutions and the formation of the Serb majority municipalities.

I expect President Vuciq to be responsible. I expect the same from the president and Kosovo Prime Minister”, Macron said.
