Kryeziu: Osmani violated constitution in prosecutor's case, could be dismissed

After about a year and a half after Buying Isufaj's proposal for Chief State Prosecutor by the Prosecutor's Council, President Vjosa Osmani has decided not to decree it at the head of the State Prosecutor's Office.

The former Constitutional Judge has further said the new competition for the prosecutor's election should be announced.

President Vjosa Osmani has added to today's media conference that there has been pressure from people within the justice system for her to decree Isufaj.
