KMDLNj: Psychic terror continue by special racist court in Kosovo

Council for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms ( KMDLNj has reacted after today's Special Court action for the raid on residences of two former former presidents of former President Hashim Thaci, Blerim Shala and the Smaka Union (the last and former AKI chief).

KMDLNj, since the early morning hours of October 30th, 2023, had information that Special Racist Court investigators are continuing their inspection of raids on Kosovo citizens in an effort to provide incriminating evidence to the founders of the KLA and the state of Kosovo and that are now being tried in The Hague in a politically and ethnically motivated process. The JRS-S, as a source of information to fabricate evidence, at the rate 80 % is based on Serbian sources, whether by investigative institutions, intelligence, intelligence or Serbian prosecution, as well as the media from Serbia, NGOs, also from Serbia, 20% are provided in Kosovo (from political parties, state institutions, some media, corrupt analysts, as well as family members seeking information for their missing or killed members during the last war and after the end of the war by unidentified persons). Only family demands have reasons, meanwhile, others are speculation and beneficial.

Following the raids on Blerim Shala's residence, former adviser to President Thaci and member of the current technical group preparing proposals for talks with Serbia and the Smaj Union, former AKI chief and adviser to President Thaci, inquisitors of the JRS confiscated phones, other electronics and various written or filmed materials. Of all these raids is the fact that the investigative behavior is not violent (philogishly), there are no material disasters, there is a lawyer who is authorized by the betting side, and especially recently, children of non - high age leave the betting facility.

In reality, we can talk about psychological violence and uncertainty caused by unannounced raids and being pressured by long-time people to a court ruling. That way all those who are in some way opposing this court are being targeted, as well as those who have been in relations with the KLA leaders and Kosovo state institutions, in any quality. Also targeted are those who, thanks to post in their past have been in places where there have been sensitive information that the JRS, under threat of prosecution, is trying to secure from these people who have no obligation to cooperate with the SPS.

KMDLNj has requested and called on the deputies of the Kosovo Assembly to urgently address this phenomenon and the neglect it makes to the Kosovo State Court in general and the Kosovo Assembly as founders of this judiciary, in particular. This case of ignoring and ignoring the Court of its founder has not been registered anywhere in the world and presents dangerous presis of judicial arbitration with clear intent to intervene in political problems and processes.

For all these acts of this court, after the mist of dezinformation is removed, the main responsibility will be addressed to the Parliament of Kosovo and its deputies because of their opportunist stance, a part of which has become active players against those who are being tried ignoring the fact that this will ultimately address the state of Kosovo.

KMDLNj suggests that, in the future, they will be raided that they have no legal obligation to provide the password for mobile phones or other electronic devices, unless they do so voluntarily and with their consent.

The prosecution of suspects only on one side in the struggle for alleged crimes, which as the main criteria have the ethnic principle, is in full opposition to human rights and constitutes all elements of racist treatment, both victims and suspects.
