Kica-Jalili has now said he does not practice to issue in discussions on active cases in courts, but says this decision by the Commercial Court to block the A Street is another dimension.
Kica-Jali says it is frightening, terrible and unforgivable for such a decision to be passed without being condemned by Kosovo citizens and every citizen of Pristina.
