According to Hoxhaj, through a reaction to the social Twitter network, he has written that Serbia is exploiting terrorist actions, and actively lobbiing against Kosovo's citizenship.

This reaction by former Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj comes after Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has thanked the Iraqi state for not recognising the Republic of Kosovo after meeting with Iraqi Parliament head Muhamed El Halbus.
He has written in the Instagram on Tuesday that there has been a meeting with El Halbus, stressing that they have talked about improving co-operation between Serbia and Iraq, the current situation in the Western Balkans and the Middle East.
