The target initially asked that “s would probably have access to the home of a former intelligence service chief who does not have the security certificate”.
“Z. Smaj has not been counted in these documents as suspects”, the lawyer said.
He said some documents have been seized, which are currently unknown to what importance they are.
“Documents received. Has any document been obtained that is sensitive to the security of the state of Kosovo, this remains to be seen”, he said in a statement before journalists.
The necessary legal procedures will also be undertaken if any documents of this nature have been obtained, Qerkey warned.
