The EU spokesman has said they hope in positive answers to the proposal.
However, Stano has said that today is not the possibility to make final statements or achieve final results in terms of the European model for Association, adding that all of this is part of the dialogue process.
He has said that what is necessary is the de-extrematation and re-starting of the energy and full commitment dialogue, which means constructive and unconditional engagement by the parties.
“Today is not really the opportunity to make statements or achieve final results. This is part of the process. Because the process must be restored with full energy and full commitment. Which means constructively and without preconditions. To work immediately on all obligations and association is one of them, and for the de-pass that is extremely necessary”, Stano told Kanal10, adding that meeting obligations applies to both sides.
He has said that EU and member states leaders before entering the European Union Council meeting will talk about this meeting.
Stano, has indicated that the meeting of Prime Minister Kurti with European leaders started at 2: 00 a.m. until Vuciki's starts at 2:30.
