Tens of trucks have entered Gaza on October 29th, sending the biggest aid since the war between Israel and Hamas began, but relief workers said the shipment still fails to meet demands after thousands entered the warehouse and received flour and basic hygiene products.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the number of victims among Palestinians has exceeded 8,000 and most of the victims are women and minors, while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the second “phaza of the war against Hamas militants is under way after they attacked Israel on 7 October.

Israel allowed 33 trucks carrying water, food, and medicine to enter on Sunday. The trucks entered from the crossing to Rafah, which links this territory with Egypt, said the spokesman for this crossing point, Wael Abo Omar, for AP.

The International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor has visited the crossing in Rafah and described the suffering of civilians as being <x0-> Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan said he was not allowed to enter Gaza. “These are the most tragic days”, he said.

The International Criminal Court investigates the actions of Israel and Palestinian authorities since 2014.

Khan urged Israel to respect international law. He said the October 7th attack carried out by Hamas constitutes a serious violation of international humanitarian law.

On October 29th, the Israeli Army said it has targeted over 450 targets of militants, including Hamas' commanding centre, saying they have killed dozens of militants.
