Through a communiqué to the media, the U.S. top diplomat says the US will not stand by side as Dodik and his political friends try to break up BiH's structure, destabilise the country and the region and hinder the country's progress towards the EU.
Milorad Dodik, Republika Srpska entity president (RS) of Bosnia, “is blocking the government, threatening peace and seeking to blackmail or provoke other political leaders of the country and the international community”, US Ambassador to Bosnia Michael Murphy said in a statement to the media Tuesday. “We are determined to defend the sovereignty, territorial integrity and multiethnic character of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, he added further. /Euronews albana
