Court hearings today held against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha

Today around 14:30 is designed to hold the hearing against former Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha, to whom “presentation measures have been scheduled in connection with the privatisation of the former Partizan complex.

yesterday's session for Berisha was interrupted, as his defence required time to get acquainted with the acts.

Meanwhile, one of Berisha's two lawyers, Genc Gjokutaj, has said he has made a statement to the judge of the Irena Gjona case and a request for her expulsion.

But from the Court in a reaction, it was said that no such request had come. Berisha refused to go to the session but went to a press conference, where he again underlined he is respecting the Constitution
