He charges the suspected murder of his mother in Pec

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec has filed charges against defendants U.H., for “serious suicide”, after allegedly killing his mother, H.H., on April 14th of this year.

According to the prosecution, on the critical day, under the circumstances of reduced mental responsibility to substantial degrees, defendant U.H. has caused his mother over 20 wounds in different parts of the body, robbing her of life.

“With these actions, there is good-based suspicion that the defendant has fulfilled the elements of the criminal act described as high-profile”, said the prosecution's announcement.

Furthermore, it becomes known that the prosecutor of the case, in the case of setting up the indictment, has proposed to the court that the defendant be found guilty.
