US President Joe Biden said the Palestinian militant group Hamas and Russian President Vladimir Putin want to “nothing at” neighbouring democracies during a rare speech from the Oval Office.
The president addressed the country after his trip to the Middle East, broadcasting Telegrafi.
If international aggression is allowed to continue, conflict and chaos can spread to other parts of the world”, he said.
“Hamas and Putin represent various threats, but they have one thing in common. Both want to completely destroy a neighbouring democracy”.
He added that securing Israel and Ukraine's success is vital to American national security and that it would make Congress an urgent budget requirement for billions of dollars Friday.
The proposal includes money for Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, humanitarian aid and border management.
