Self-advancing in exchange for recognition will be the only formula the five have Saturday as part of the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.

This will be an important mention, which shows that the agreement aims to allow the Serb community in Kosovo to have a higher degree of autonomy and self-government, while in exchange Kosovo gets its de facto recognition from Serbia. This is part of the distribution of responsibilities and mutual achievements between the two countries, and is an attempt to normalise relations between them within dialogue and international negotiations.

This is an important aspect of the normalisation process between Kosovo and Serbia, and is one of the key points of the basic agreement that have been discussed in negotiations between Kosovo and the international community and Serbia and the international community, and will be taken or left at Saturday's meeting in Pristina and Belgrade.

Prime Minister Kurti insists on Serbia's sentence for the events of September 24th, before implementation sequences are accepted.

“We insist on condemning those responsible, and for that we need deep and detailed investigations. The September events show that dialogue and de-pass are of primary importance”, the source, which has been part of construction of the negotiation process, stresses.

But the issue of concern for the EU and the US concerns suspicion in the process. Or what if Prime Minister Kurti again refuses?

I think all in Kosovo should be aware, this source says, of the fact that on September 24th Kosovo was not alone.

They should also be aware that a week later, on September 29th and September 30th, as Kosovo citizens continued their lives in a calm and untamed manner, many things could go very badly if it were not for the strong intervention of international partners.

“Now, at the time we are facing very dangerous crises on many fronts, at the time when our opponents are mobilized and co-ordinated, the time has come for Kosovo to prove itself as ally and partner. I consider now the right time to prove that Kosovo is truly an ally and partner”.

The source goes on to state that “does not even want to think that Kosovo's prime minister may have no sensitivity to all that is happening today in the world. It would really be disaster”

Kosovo's prime minister is stressing the importance of condemning Serbia for the events of September 24th, although clarifying that to carry out this action, deep and detailed investigations need to be made to reveal responsibility. The September events, according to him, show that dialogue and de-pass are essential for stability and peace in the region.

However, the question that arises is what happens if Prime Minister Kurti again refuses to co-operate in the process of normalising relations with Serbia?

In this context, the political source stresses that it is important that all in Kosovo be aware of the fact that Kosovo was not only 24 September, but that the strong intervention of international partners brought calm to the country. This marks a reminder of the task Kosovo has on its allies and partners, forcing it to respect the process of normalisation and co-operation in the Balkan region.

This is a key moment for Kosovo to prove that it is really Allied and the partner engaged in international processes, including all challenges and changes in the international arena.

Prime Minister Kurti has been called to take into account this situation and to the sensitivity of the global situation in which the country is located. Any refusal to co-operate can have its consequences, especially when it comes to normalising relations with Serbia and integration into the European Union.

The importance of discussing the source of Albanian post is the role of Kosovo Association and the agreement with Serbia, as well as the comments and positions of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

In this detailed conversation with the political source, we discussed what if the big five brings a draft of the Association statute?

The answer was that it was a detail that would have to be spoken later, but added that there is a serious international commitment to an Association statute that meets the international community's expectations and that respects the constitution of Kosovo.

In the second question, was he asked to clarify what are the international community's expectations for association?

The political source said that “Association should be a self-management mechanism for majority Serb municipalities in Kosovo and should provide better services for this community, while also serve as an umbrella for managing educational and health systems for Kosovo Serbs, currently operating outside the institutional framework of Kosovo”.

In essence, this association must be accommodated within the constitution of Kosovo.

The third question that concerns our source but also suspects the Government of Kosovo is: Is Association a Republika Srpska?

Our source stressed that this claim is not true and that it has never been required to create a Republika Srpska in Kosovo. The association, according to him, will not be the new level of governance and will be accommodated within the constitutional order of Kosovo.

In the fourth question we posed, that Prime Minister Kurti says association is Serbia's request, <x0-source political reaction by saying that this logic is invalid and that association is binding on the international community, while recognition defacto is a part of the basic” agreement.

In the last question, was Prime Minister Kurti asked if he would accept the five-year formula?

The political source stressed that implementing the basic agreement is a legal obligation for both sides and that the five sides will bring a powerful impetus towards its implementation.

The international source clarified me once again what are the worst scenarios for Kosovo.

Citing fragments from a confidential document presenting an interesting observation on international relations and their impact on the way Kosovo and Serbia follow their strategies, it is seen that the insistence of the Western community on establishing the Communist Association is not only to distance Serbia from relations with Russia, but has the purpose of the story that this community has the ability to manage relations in their “home to”.

In this context, the document stresses that Kosovo is in a limited position and should choose from certain options.

The four options mentioned are:

To withdraw from the First Accord,

...to change the Constitution,

...do nothing,

Or propose a creative solution on Saturday.

With a careful reading of three of these options, they have a very harmful potential for Kosovo.

If Kosovo withdraws from the First Agreement, it could bring decline to its international level and new crossings.

If the Constitution is amended, this could bring weakening of the country's structures.

While, if Kosovo does nothing, the result may be similar to the first option, allowing Serbia to take advantage of the status quo.

An example known for example of the creative proposal may be the company of an alternative route that will bring a welcome solution and help avoid conflict and tensions in the region.

The STATTI proposal, which is well under Saturday, aims to ensure a creative way out of the current stalemate, maintaining constitutional order of things.

According to what has been agreed on in the 2013 agreement, if Kosovo does not adopt the Constitution, there is not even the slightest possibility that something like Republika Srpska will be created.

It is up to Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osman to talk to the international community or start the road to conflict with Serbia.

There's very little time from Saturday to early November.
