American professor Edward Joseph, during the 2BS<x0) forum in Montenegro, has asked EU dialogue representative Miroslav Lajcak concerning Serbia.

Joseph has asked Lajcak, why Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has not distanced himself from the terrorist attack in the north.

Also, it has suggested that the US and the EU put pressure on Belgrade to eventually choose the West, presenting the agreement to Serbia and Kosovo “Take it or leave””.

Lajcak said the event on September 24th was not accidental, but a serious and deliberate issue that should be thoroughly investigated.

This situation is central to the European Union. Member States are discussing and is on the domain of member states to decide whether it is enough or not. If that's enough to draw conclusions. Investigations are continuing, we have KFOR and EULEX in Kosovo, and, of course, member states have announced that once we have the facts we will come up with conclusions”, Lajcak said.
Emsari stressed that the situation between Serbia and Kosovo has deteriorated following the conflict in northern Kosovo on 24 September and that this is “sfides for the entire region and not just for those two countries. ”

Miroslav Lajcak responds clearly by not repaying my success for EU/US to expect Belgrade to finally choose West, by representing Serbia and Kosovo with “tak it or leave it” deal. #Balkans #Kosovo #Serbia #EUdialogue Pic.twitter. com/ AJahEVdFiz
