Police reports say the photograph that was published and requested by citizens to help locate suspects, one of the persons present is only witnesses.
Suspects had stolen a phone from “on December 29th. Samsung A118x1> in a shopping mall until he left a citizen who was paying for a purchase.
Suspects are charged with criminal work “misuse of foreign property”.
