The number of cars blocked on Arbri Street has gone to 200 as a result of the snowfalls that have invaded Albania's north.
Cars have been trapped in the Mooraf since 2:30 p.m.
Among them are dozens of passenger vans, autoves, and several army trucks. Three snow shovels of the company are working on the opening and salting of the road, but intense rainfall and strong wind brings snow into the road body.
