Two Serbs were arrested, caused danger during the celebration of Orthodox Christmas in Klokot

Two Serbs have been arrested today after the same suspect that by the date 07.01.23 in Kloco around midnight on the occasion of celebrating the holiday, Orthodox Christmass in Klocott have fired guns, causing general danger.

Police have announced that the third suspect, Kosovo Serb, has not yet been arrested and the same is on the run.

Two detainees are A.S. (1992) and D.M. 1996).

“By order of the Pre-emptive Procedure Judge from this unit has been checked in three different locations, while two AK47 automatic weapons allegedly used in this case have not been actually found. The two high-ranking suspects following association at the Gjilan Regional Investigation Unit offices have been interviewed on the basis of legal procedures”,

The State Prosecutor, who has issued a 48-hour ban on the two suspects, has been reported and will issue criminal charges for criminal acts involving general risk, possession, control or unauthorized possession of arms and the use of weapons, and the case will be prosecuted in the Constitutional Prosecutor.
