The Northern Macedonia Foreign Ministry expects the OSCE presidency to focus on human security in a period when the region and the world are facing uncertainty and instability.
Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani stressed goals for field missions and supporting activities aimed at advancing human rights and freedoms, as he noted the focus of O Presidency The SEU for renewed dialogue and achieving peace in crisis regions, primarily in the context of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
Authorities in Skopje hope that leading this large international organisation will have a positive impact on the position of northern Macedonia itself in more areas, including economic development and overall sustainability.
