The escape action was planned. This is indicated by the fact that armed men knew exactly when the prisoner would be sent to the hospital, knew the vehicle, and, while not confirmed, likely, had additional information about the number of policemen who would take the prisoner, treatment, and movement route. The prisoner has unofficially caused himself a wound for which he sought treatment. Whether an ambulance was called or transported directly is unknown.
“A1on” requested information from the Sanction Implementation Administration about who was the commander in charge during the shift when the kidnapping occurred, if it is true that the fugitive prisoner suffers the murder penalty, as well as how effective police have transported the prisoner. There was no answer to the publication of the news.
