Once the new year began, a new scandal emerged from the Kurti Government. It's the Regional Development Minister appointed by Kurti, Mr. Alijin.
This audio-incision, among other things, testifies that this government grant of tens of thousands of euros, Deputy Minister Veliji, had also held calls.
He even owned the citizen's paper that was in the process of obtaining the grant, which would cover some of the investment, as the rest had covered with personal investments.
Since 2021 a series of cases of misuse of government grants have been investigated by the Prosecutor. A portion of them have already been deposited in the Court with an indictment.
The last case was that of December last year where the Special Prosecution filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina against 15 indictees in the case known “Subventions II”
Audio-incision is now in possession of Kosovo police investigating the case.
“Reference to your request can confirm that Kosovo Police possess information as well and are in the initial phase of investigations in co-operation with the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina”, says the police response.
Who is Kurt's deputy minister who got caught in the flaggart seeking a bribe?
Almir Veliji is appointed deputy minister of the Regional Development Ministry by Albin Kurti. He comes from the Bosnian community.
On the day his deputy was made, he through a Facebook post had pledged that the task he received “would be carried out with dedication, will and courage.

“I'm the purest man in the world” What does the deputy minister say?
The offer itself denies the deputy minister, saying he feels the cleanest man in the world.
That case described it as a political game to him as calling for the case to be investigated.
I am the cleanest and happiest man and will contribute to the citizens, never in my life as I have received a penny. If I took a cent from someone, I already go to jail. And these political games on the back of somebody doing this is the police. Let the prosecution take the case to the end, because I can't give any more interviews than it did two months ago. Let the organs of justice handle the case, I am the cleanst man in the world”, Veliji has declared for Inseder.
81 cents in the bank: This is the wealth declared by Kurt's deputy minister suspected of bribery.
In the last register in the wealth statement, Deputy Prime Minister Aliji Said there's only 0.11 cents in the bank.
Aliji in the Government of Kosovo, like the deputy minister, has a salary of 1000 and 71 euros.
