From Kosovo police have reported news.net that during 2022, 18 thousand and 886 traffic accidents were registered by November.
As a result of these accidents, many citizens remained injured.
The number of accidents to hurt within January-November 2022 was 7 thousand and 45 accidents.
A total of 13 thousand and 369 people were injured in these accidents.
In addition, serious traffic accidents were responsible for the loss of the lives of many citizens.
Police have indicated that during January-November 2022, 98 people lost their lives in total 87 fatal accidents.
Under the more than 18,000 traffic accidents that took place within 2022, there were 11 thousand and 754 accidents with material damage.
At the same time, Kosovo police have continued to pronounce fines for drivers who have broken the different rules in traffic, as a cause and have not often adapted to driving.
The police's response stressed that in the following year, a total of 602 thousand and 858 traffic tickets were pronounced.
Similar figures for accidents in 2021 were found.
A total of 19 thousand and 212 accidents were reported in Kosovo during the January-November 2021 period.
As a result of these accidents, 102 people lost their lives, totaling 91 fatal accidents.
A total of 6 thousand and 918 injured accidents were reported in this annual period by Kosovo Police, where the wounded remained 13 thousand and 290 citizens.
