Under investigative actions, the minor was interviewed by police investigators in the presence of her parent and the official of the Centre for Social Work. The 13-year-old has declared that she has been dating the suspect she had had sex with.
Given her testimony, the suspect has not carried out the act with violence, but everything has been done with the will and consent of both sides.
As a result of the indictment, the 16-year-old was escorted to the police station where he was interviewed.
After completing police procedures, the State Prosecutor has issued a ruling that suspects be appointed the police detention measure.
