As you can see in the following footage, the Democratic Party MP has been filmed by cameras, winking at one of her colleagues.
The moment has occurred while the State Minister for Relations with Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, was speaking.
It is not known which of those present in parliament's hall was winking at Grida Duma and the reason for her.
