The crowd issued supportive voices when women burned their headscarves during protests in the town of Sari on Tuesday, as protests continued for the fifth night in a row and were scattered to many cities.
Activists said two men protesters were shot dead by rule forces in Urmia and Piranshahr, in the north-instance.
It was also reported that a police official was killed in the southern town of Chiraz.
At least six people are believed to have been killed in protests that erupted against the headscarf laws and against police after Mahsa Amini's death.
The 22-year-old young Kurdish girl from the North-West City of Sackez died in hospital on Friday, after spending three days in a coma.
She was with her brother in the capital Tehran when she was arrested by moral police, on charges that she had broken the law demanding that women cover their hair with hyjab, or headscarves, and cover their feet and arms with wide clothes. She fell into a coma shortly after being unconscious in a detention center.
Police have reportedly hit Amin's head with metal rods and her head was tied to one of the vehicles, said human rights activist Nada al-Nasif.
Police had denied charges that she had been mistreated and said she had suffered “without expecting a heart attack”. But her family said she had not had such health problems.
