Targets to be banned from entering Kosovo territory from Serbia are plates PR? KMH, PZ, RIGL, R. Wow. THE EPHE, HINA, released from June 10, 1999 to April 21, 2022.
They will be allowed to register vehicles with RKS license plates.
Owners of these plates, the government has told them a two-month deadline to receive RKS plates, issued by the Kosovo government.
