Russians flee towards Serbia, pay over 2,000 euros for an airplane ticket

Unlike Ukrainians who have returned to fight for their country, the Russians are leaving to not respond to President Vladimir Putin's call. The latter has signed a decree for partial mobilization. This means that this decree is subject to some 300 thousand militias. Based on this command, [...]

Based on this order, everyone must grab arms and fight in Ukraine.

But in the country that has begun to tire out from war, from international sanctions imposed on it, many seem not interested in leaving their bones in another country.

For this reason, there is great interest in leaving the country. And as a destination, Serbia is seen.

This country in the heart of the Western Balkans is one of the only ones who has not imposed sanctions on the Russian Federation.

Good and traditional religious relations between Russia and Serbia have led many Russians to view this country as easier to save their heads.

While the Western world has stopped all flights with Moscow, due to the imposing of sanctions, Belgrade still remains open.

And this has made ticket prices so high that it seems to be incredible.

RTKlive has done some online research on flight agencies and ticket prices, it seems incredible.

Moreover, the overwhelming part of these flights are not direct from Moscow to Belgrade, as tickets to these routes have already been sold, but are still interrelated, such as through Turkey and Azerbaijan.

In this case, a one-October one-way flight from Moscow Airport (Vnukova) to Istanbul and Istanbul to Belgrade costs 2.059 euros.

And prices are constantly rising. Another flight from Moscow to Antalya and from there to Istanbul to Belgrade costs 2,212 euros.

Direct flights from Moscow to Istanbul, Turkey and Yerevan, Armenia, both visa-free destinations for the Russians, were sold Wednesday.

The news agency “Reuters” has asked the Kremlin. spokesperson Dmitry Peskov refused to respond to journalists' questions about the possible closure of Russia's borders, to prevent the escape of military-aged persons, following the proclamation of partial mobilization of war needs in Ukraine.

During the day, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he has signed a decree for partial military mobilization in Russia.

The announcement comes at a time when the invasion of Ukraine, at its command, is in the seventh month.

Putin also warned the West that Russia would use all available means to protect its territory, and said “ky is not a” fraud.

During the television address, Putin accused the West of involvement in <x0).

“Those who allow themselves such statements about Russia, I want to remind you that our country has various means of destruction”, Putin said, the REL reports.

Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said in a TV interview that only those with respective combat experience and service, not recruits and students, will be mobilized.

He also said that 5,937 Russian troops have been killed so far in Ukraine.

This is the third time Russian officials gave figures for military losses in Ukraine. The last time was in late March, when the Defence Ministry announced 1,351 Russian soldiers killed in Ukraine.
