September third week in Kosovo is closing with Hundreds of thousands of students outside schools, with education unionists not giving up strikes and with the country's government demanding the start of lessons.

While the last two sides appear to be sworn in attitudes, the question arises which of them should be issued?

“Sindicata”, says Naser Zeneli, whose daughter would have to attend the third grade at the Initire School “Asim Vokshi” in Pristina. “believings have good salaries”, he says.

According to Albanian and Rescue Krasniqi ʹ parents of two children at the Initiate School “Faik Konica” in Pristina, the Government is the one that needs to relax and support unionists' demands.

The children are losing a lot... The government must find solutions”, Albania says.

Teaching in Kosovo is common on September 1st. But teachers of public institutions are on strike, with the requirement for financial support of 100 euros per month until the law's entry into force for salaries. The strike has been broken by only a few schools and teachers who have personally begun to hold clocks.

The Kosovo government says the Law on Salaries, which envisions their growth, will come to an approval soon. A few weeks ago, it presented a package for confronting inflation, in which public sector employees benefit from an additional 50 euros, starting this month.

The United Trade Union for Education, Science and Culture (SBASHK) has declined to accept this “pher”, as it has named it.

Halim Hyseni, from the Centre for Advanced Education System Performance in Kosovo, says the government should order any teachers to come to the workplace and hold classes with students.

The state requires seriousness. This is just a command. All those who don't teach tomorrow will stand before the law. Period. Because this is where public interest has been damaged”, Hyseni says of Radio Free Europe.

“The SSK has to let go. The responsibility is union, namely, of its president, Nundman Jasharaj. The government has earmarked 50 euros, it requires 80 euros”, says Hyseni, commenting on a “pheries” later for the strikers for an additional 80 euros, instead of 100.

The chairman of SBASK, Altman Jasharaj, says he does not feel guilty because, as expressed, he is “sis of the educators”.

The guilty of closing schools, according to Jasawt, is the Government of Kosovo, because “does not reflect the demands of unionists”.

Until the government's reflection, he says, there is no possible date for learning.

“The solution has... We are not looking for billions of”, Jasharaj says.

The office of Kosovo's prime minister and the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and innovation has not answered Radio Europe's free questions about whether they have a budget to meet the teaching requirements and whether they have the right to order teachers to start the teaching process./rel/
