36.9 percent of citizens have blamed the government for research by PIPOS.
29.5 percent of citizens have estimated that inadequate management of energy over the years, 21.1 percent of citizens have claimed that war in Ukraine is to blame for reductions.
4.7 per cent have blamed the Kosovo Energy Corporation, 3.7 per cent have said it is another reason, while 4.1 have refused to give a reason.
This measurement of public opinion has been realised by 1,050 residents and presented exclusively in Rubikko in Klan Kosova.
