Osman for the report with Rama: You're saving Serbia's face

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, who is staying in New York, has given an interview today, where she has discussed many current topics. Among other things, she was asked about reports with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, who said a few days ago that she should not pressure Serbia to impose sanctions on Russia. [...]
Osmani did not show whether he met Rama in New York and whether they are expected to improve their reports, but, she said, disagreements are official nature, until she added that the interpersonal reports among politicians are “complet of trivial”.
“Disagreements are of the official nature for the topics I mentioned, of course that interpersonal reports among politicians are completely insignificant, but what's important are the ratios between states”.
The president said she has excellent reports with President Begaj.
I have excellent reports with President Begaj, which I would like to thank since the beginning of his mandate has done everything he can to make Kosovo hear the voice even in relation to countries with which we still have no bilateral reports. Every time we needed it, we could count on”.
She said that “is by no means fair” to reason on why Serbia has not imposed sanctions on Russia apparently is an answer to Edi Rama, as he several days ago (14 September) said no pressure should be put on it.
According to Osmani, this goes to what is called the policy of “phasing”, saving the face of a regime in Serbia, which has served even in Milosevic's time”.
Therefore, I am saying that reports between Kosovo and Serbia as two states are important, not reports among individual politicians. I mentioned what our differences are, I don't think that the approach where Albanian politicians, regardless of whether they are from Kosovo, Albania, northern Macedonia Montenegro, Presevo, are transformed into apologists of Serbia's policies, is something that helps both Kosovo and Albanians. I don't think it's fair to reason on Serbia's approach and actions, I don't think it's right at all to reason that Serbia has not imposed sanctions against Russia, because this then goes into what's called the “fracessaving” policy, to save the face of a regime in Serbia, which has served even in Milosevic's time. I also don't think that the crimes committed in Kosovo in ethnic cleansing should be reduced, since what happened in Kosovo is genocide and should be called by its real name”, Osmani said in VOA.
Prime Minister Rama, on September 14th, said he should not put pressure on Serbia to impose sanctions on Russia.
“is a potential threat to our region. As in part of the Balkans, Russia traditionally has strong influence. This applies especially to Serbia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have to do everything we can to keep the potential threat away from the Balkans. For this reason, there should be no pressure on Serbia to impose sanctions on Russia. Such sanctions are not possible, as without Russia Serbia cannot survive”, Edi Rama has said.
