It has not been difficult to understand government propaganda, but official documents and internal paperwork about shaping it have managed to keep citizens away.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, after yesterday's cabinet meeting, has ordered all ministries even through the Co-ordination Secretariat of Government (SKQ), to report <x1top 4-5 achieved” for the remaining period of the year, but also “4-5 the bads of past government”.
According to the SPQ e-mail that has secured Democracy.com, Kurt through this secretariat has asked his ministers to report on the 4-5 bads of past governments, that his government has allegedly succeeded in stopping.
Also, the SQ, with Kurt's proposal, has ordered ministries to report top 4-5 achieved for the remaining period of the year, but, as stated in the email, these reached “could possibly be as many as the figure”.
“We write about the prime minister's current request for the 2-page report for each ministry, for the current period of government Kurti II, the report must be contained:
(a) 4-5 main positive achievements (with as many figures as possible),
(b) 4-5 the wrongs of past governments that you have stopped,
(c) 4-5 main challenges that they are facing, as well as
(d) 4-5 targets for the following” period are said to be e-mailed by the Government Co-ordination Secretariat, which has provided Democracy.com.
All ministers, of their positive “x1>, with as many figures, must compile on two pages and this report must submit the CEC no further than at noon on September 19th of this year. /Democracy. com/
